Warning and restrictions on use

The use of medical cannabis is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Smoking

Smoking medical cannabis is not recommended, the suitable method is inhalation using a vaporiser.

Travel

Make sure it is legal to bring medical cannabis to the countries you are travelling to and the transit countries.

Operating vehicles and machinery

Medical cannabis can cause undesirable side effects such as dizziness or sleepiness, which may worsen the ability of judgement and performance of qualified activities. Cases of short-term loss of consciousness have been noted.

Medical cannabis is an addictive substance and with regard to this fact, the performance of certain activities during which the lives or health of people may be threatened or damage to property may occur must be limited, e.g. driving vehicles, performing certain occupations, etc. (see Section 274 - criminal offence of posing a threat under the influence of an addictive substance).

Medical cannabis is subject to the provisions of the act on dependency producing substances!

You may develop dependency on medical  cannabis!
